Holy Casseroley is a community program that makes homemade, frozen casseroles available to people who could benefit from this simple act of love.

How does it work?

Volunteer cooks prepare frozen casseroles, which are stored onsite at Providence Presbyterian. On the third Sunday of each month, volunteer drivers deliver these casseroles to homes in the Cayce/West Columbia area from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.

Who can get a casserole?

Anyone who needs an extra meal from time to time can sign up for a casserole. We are currently prepared to deliver casseroles to neighbors in the 29169, 29170, 29172 and 29033 zip codes.

What kinds of casseroles are available?

Currently, five different types of casserole are available. Each is designed to provide a filling meal.

  • Lasagna: classic beef/sausage recipe

  • Chicken Tetrazzini: chicken, mushrooms and noodles

  • Chicken, Wild Rice & Vegetable Casserole

  • Shepherd’s Pie: ground beef/veggies/mashed potatoes

  • Baked Ziti: marinara sauce, penne pasta, cheeses
