Providence Presbyterian Church Child Development Center (CDC) is a community outreach ministry of Christian service. For more than 30 years, we’ve served multiple generations of church members, as well as families throughout the community, by providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and after-schoolers up to fifth grade. Nothing gives us more joy than to care for these children and to provide this essential support to parents and guardians.

The CDC is governed by an advisory board made up of members of Providence Presbyterian Church, the center director, and a parent liaison. We are a fully licensed child care center with the South Carolina Department of Social Services, and are subject to regular state health, sanitation, safety and fire inspections. All staff members are required to undergo a state and federal fingerprint check. A caregiver with CPR and First Aid certification is on the premises at all times.
